Help me with everything

Ok so i'll just explain stuff then ask afterwards. Level: 25 - and proceeding quickly. I've gone through 6 levels in two weeks, which is pretty good if you ask me. I'm 276 xp from level 26 RP: 400 - I don't plan on spending this until I either buy some more RP, or know what to spend it on. IP: 15979 - I can buy a champion or maybe two, but I don't want to waste it all. I'm aware of the fact that runes are game changing, and they cost a lot, so i'm saving up. Wins: 71 (classic) 6 (ARAM) - don't see why this would matter much but i put it here anyways. Favorite/Most Played Champs: Jax, Volibear, Twisted Fate, Teemo Champions owned + questions about 'em: Alistar Alistar: I think he's decent. I don't really know how to build him effectively. I want to learn how to build support with him. Also some tips on combos (i know the W+Q combo), and how to ult effectively would be nice. Ashe Ashe: Eh. I kinda know how to build Ashe. But I don't really like her. Not much to say here. Jax Jax: I'm kinda maining Jax right now, so any and all criticism or advice is welcome. I play him top lane. I know some (most?) of the combos: (W+Q)(E+Q)(ward+Q for escape). I just take item 1001 +item 2003 x3 +item 2004 x1 to start off. I take summoner 12 +summoner 4 . I will admit, my early game is not so great, but after level 14ish, I get pretty good. I usually end up dying several times early game, but make it up and plus some during late game. I usually rush BoRK, get either Ninja Tabi's or Mercury's, then work towards the rest of my build. Currently my end game build looks like this:item 3047 item 3153 item 3026 item 3078 item 3143 item 3102 . It works pretty well if you ask me. The GA is said to be very situational for Jax, but I love it. The armor and magic resist help out a bunch in team fights. And with the passive: I've had lots of team fights where I deal a good amount of damage to 1-3 enemies, then it goes one of two ways: 1. I stay alive and we ultimately win the fight. or 2. I damage them enough, they kill me, but instead of the fight snowballing in their favor, I get revived and by that time they're all retreating/at low health ready to be killed/already dead. The BoRK is just necessary; it gives me a bit of lifesteal to side-farm the jungle/minion waves, some AS, and the passive is great for Jax. The tri-force: Usually by the time I get BoRK and GA, I need a bit of everything, so a tri is great. The last two items sometimes get switched out for something fun, or situational, or sometimes I just follow the build allowing more OP-ness. The main thing with Jax I need: How do I improve my pre-BoRK (basically pre level 10) early game? MasterYi Master YI: I don't really play him much outside of bots. I'm aware that he's stupid OP, and if you build him attack damage crit, he can carry any game to victory late game. Idk I don't really play him much, and I don't want to. Rammus Rammus: Rammus is super fun. I love his abilities and plus he's badass. But I do not know how to build him at all. I've seen his Q do a lot of damage, and I'd love to know how to get him to do damage with his Q and ult, but still be tanky. Shen Shen: My first champ ever. I main'd him for the longest time. I've learned that how I used to build him was complete trash. So i'd love to have a good top lane build for him. He's pretty fun, and I still like him. But I feel like he's UP. Yeah i've heard about the Koreans doing so well with him and how he gets banned in all the ranked games. But I think he needs a slight damage buff. Currently I see him as a very strategic team-fight utility champion. He is super useful. His E can get a turret aggro'd on an enemy, his ult is a fight-flopper, and he stays healthy with him being a tank with shields. But when you look at his damage output, its little to nothing. Vorpal blade needs a buff for sure. If they have any magic resist than it does nothing, and his auto's aren't damage dealers. I can only see him as a jungler, and at top lane being more of a placeholder than a champion. Idk I see his weaknesses a lot when I play him. Teemo Teemo: Teemo is fun. I play him a lot in beginner bot matches when I feel like messing around. Only recently have I started playing him in normal PvP's, in which i usually go top lane. I guess i'm kind of scared to play him because: 1. I don't have a good build for him, I usually just build random AP items along the lines of these: item 3115 item 3135 item 3128 item 3085 , and I usually come out with a strong Q and autos. I need a proper build for Teemo. TwistedFate Twisted Fate: TF is my mid laner. I like him and i'm pretty good with him. I've had a good amount of games where I last until level 12 because of my blue card, and I recall with 2K-3K gold. Even if i'm laning against a champion that counters TF, i usually end up even with them; mostly because my Q keeps distance. I know some combos and tricks: Q for keeping distance and poke, yellow card+Q for harder poke/finishing them, red card for team-fights/poke damage when you can't get through the minions, ult teleporting to finish enemies, blue card to stay in lane while the enemy mid-laner has to recall which in result you get a bit fed. I'm told to take ignite, but I never really use it. I usually take summoner 12 and summoner 4 ; the teleport plus my ult allows more map control, and the flash is obvious. But what always happens in team-fights: I use my Q, and they get bruised up, but I never get kills or do the majority of the damage; my yellow card stuns them, my allies smack up the enemy, and if they aren't dead I Q. But I rarely get kills or do significant damage late-game. I try build AP, so that my Q nukes. Currently I just build stuff like: item 3135 item 3027 item 3100 item 3128 My final build used to be random AP items, but I need a proper build. I feel like i'm a decent TF, but if I get a proper build, i can be a good TF. Volibear Volibear: I love volibear. I go top lane, I take summoner 12 summoner 4 . I build.. i don't really know. I just get items that I seem fit. I usually get item 3047 for boots. And the rest is really just random. It's usually along the lines of: item 3065 item 3078 item 3143 item 3207 . Voli has insane health regen, so that explain the two spirit items. He's a tank, so randuin's and the occasional warmog's makes sense. And the bruiser explains the tri force. I know how to play Voli, it is pretty simple anways; his job his to go in and hit the heck out of people. I know the tricks and combos: Q in teamfights and early game, max W early so your bite nukes, E to slow enemies when you're retreating, when an enemy is retreating you E+Q to slow/catch up/flip, ult in teamfights/1v2+'s to bruise 'em up. Really I just need a proper build. With a good build, i'll do well with him. That's all the champions I have. INB4 "google ___ build. Yeah i'm not braindead. What i've seen on google is either trash, meh, or non-existent Now for what I need.

  1. Builds/advice/comments/help on what i've already said above about my owned champions.
  2. I need more champions, and builds to go with them. I'd love to be able to have a good support and a good ADC for bot lane. And I want another mid-lane and top-lane champions for the future. So any champions you feel is fit for me, or that you like a lot; please do share what you know about that champion.
  3. I need jungle help. I have Jax, Voli, and Shen to learn with I've never jungled outside of bot matches (which is really kill wraiths, then by the time you're done the inhibs are down, b/c bots). I need to learn several things about jungling. I need to know jungle routes, strategies, how to not fall behind, what to build, etc.
  4. Runes and Masteries. I'm not level 30 yet, so with masteries, I just google each champion's build, make a mastery page for the champ, and level up what I can and what's useful. Runes are the big one. When should I start buying/using them? Should I fill up both pages? How do they work? I need to know everything about runes before I deplete my IP on them.
  5. Ranked games. People say to not go straight into ranked until you're ready. How do i know i'm ready? How many champions should I have? How does the entire thing work? What do people like me: who probably won't get to the top 10 ranked teams/players, who won't ever get into a professional team, who just play for fun: go about ranked and what do we get out of it?
  6. Any general or vague help is also much appreciated. Anything really. I'm at the point where: i've been learning as I go, kind of uncovering things as I go. But now i've gotten to the point where knowing the basics isn't enough to stay good at the game, and it's time to search up on things, know every nook and cranny about the game, and have a much wider knowledge about things. Random past games i've played (for funzies): RotMG, Minecraft (who hasn't), DoD:S, Dark Souls 2, Watch Dogs. Random things about me: I've done more drugs than most people. I love the genres of EDM (mostly chill trap) and hip-hop/rap. I do taekwondo and have a blackbelt in it. I love to hike/backpack. I love to code things, I used to code (code.... not script steal) hacks for minecraft before they ruined the game with Beta. I love bread and pasta and steak. P.S. I wrote this on adderral sorry that it's super lengthy. P.P.S. don't do drugs or join gangs or steal things, ok kids? you can do all that on the deepweb and not get arrested. P.P.P.S. Mods if something is wrong with this, i'm sorry, but please change it, don't delete it.

Runes: as of level 20 you can buy the best runes (t3) so you should start buying now as they'll help a lot as you progress to 30.

Marks are pretty much no brainers; attack damage (flat) on ad champions (this will greatly help your early game with jax as it's like a 16% boost to ad at level 1, and you prefer flat over scaling to help with last hitting creeps, especially under tower, at the low levels). Magic pen on ap champions (as ability power isn't a primary mark). If you're only going to have 2 rune pages, center one on each type. Once you buy more, you can try out Champ specific marks (hybrid pen might be good if you build real hybrid damage, attack speed is good on some auto attacking champions as well).

For seals, you want either armour, scaling armour, health, or scaling health. This is dependent on a lot of math and game preferences. If you're in Lane against an ad champ you probably want flat armour to win trades in Lane but some argue that mathematically flat health is better (if you include health pots and health Regen via dorans I think they're wrong). If you're fighting ap/hybrid in Lane health will help more in Lane but scaling armour is probably better for late game. Flat armour seals are CONSIDERABLY cheaper than health seals, which is why I've got only flat armour seals on my rune pages this far (btw I'm only level 24 but I've researched this extensively - I'll reply to this with a link for you).

Glyphs are much harder. Magic resist (flat or scaling) is the most common (flat against ap in Lane, scaling otherwise) but some will go with ability power glyphs on their mages, and mana Regen (like 3 to 5 only) on champions they have mana issues with.

Quintessences are the most customizable. You can get a large amount of ad, ap, attack speed, lifesteal, etc... which is very customizable. A lot of people suggest one ad and two AS/lifesteal on ADCs for example, the one ad combining with the marks to grant enough ad to last hit caster minions under tower effectively at level 3. I've personally gone with movement speed because with only 2 rune pages it's too hard to specialize and MS is good on everyone (I also like it in general to help stick to targets or escape, and MS is gold inefficient to build outside of boots).

I hope this helps. Remember most importantly to focus on primary runes. You can get armour marks for example but they give less armour than armour seals do, so it's slot inefficient. Similarly a Quint should give more than 3 runes to be efficient. Also be sure to get t3 (greater) runes.

Runes will help greatly in the jungle as no champion has good enough base stats to solo jungle camps easily without any runes (except possibly Warwick). Again, they'll really help your early game laning problems.

Best of luck!
