ARAM Champion select

I realize the information im asking for may not be known/released by Riot, if not ust say so.

How do champions get picked in ARAM?

Consider this:

Say Lux is in the free rotation, and I also bought Lux. Does she get twice the chance of being my champion?

So like say there's 10 champions in the free rotation, and 10 that I own. 20 champions overall. Each with a 1/20 chance. Now say one of those is Lux, so she is a part of both of those groups. So 9 free rotations, 9 that I own, then Lux twice. Does this mean I have a 2/21 chance to pick her? My guess is it doesn't account for duplicates.

Another thing:

I play quite a bit of ARAM, and this happened to me last week. FYI I have around 20 champs, not just tryndamere. In 7 games over the course of 3 days, I got Tryndamere. Every single time. No rerolls. It was very weird. Notably, I won 6 games, all but the last one.

Does winning have anything to do with the next game's champion select? After the Tryndamere streak ended, I got draven 3 times in a row. I won the first two games with him and lost the last.

I am pretty sure it was just a matter of striking insane odds. And that the ARAM champ select is just straight-forward, where each champion has the same chance of being selected randomly.

If only we could customize the randomness...

Maybe a checkbox to prevent free champions from being picked? Maybe let us make our own pool of champions that get randomly picked? Just add a minimum to the number of champions that need to be in the pool.

Would be nice, but Riot doesn't care.

To my understanding, all your available champions are put into a pool, and one is randomly chosen. No mirror matches are allowed in the initial draft, but I don't remember if they're allowed via rerolls.

Should be a 1/19 chance to get Lux.

Winning shouldn't have any impact. Along with the pure randomness, the "no mirror matches" exclusion affects chances. It makes things feel more biased than a less random champ select would.
