Singed, they're buffing him.

Ok. So when i look at the current Singed, I see a somewhat balanced, maybe a bit OP of a champion.

1. His poison.
2. His movement speed/ult.
3. He has a flip. He can get away with slow-pushing and just outrun a gank. He's hard to take down 1v1. It ends up him dominating lane, or awkward half-team-fights in top lane. And his flip is huge. So in what right goddamn fucking mind would you give SInged a buff. Not just any buff either. You're giving him A SNARE. A SNARE. ARE YOU SERIOUS. Here's the link to his buff info

Let's give Riven more mobility. Let's give master yi more AD. Let's give Garen more armor. Let's give Fizz more damage. Let's give Jax a better late game. Let's un-nerf Kassadin. Let's buff Kha'Zix's Q. Let's buff LeBlanc back to what she was when she first came out. Let's make Lee Sin's Q easier to land. Let's make Nasus farm better. Let's give Teemo more shrooms at a time. Let's give Twisted Fate more range on his Q. Let's buff Volibear's passive. Let's buff Lucian again. Let's buff Kayle's ult. Let's revert Alistar back to the patch that the Finals are on. Let's make Karthus's ult an insta-kill.
