She has by far and with out adopt the most overloaded kite in game, % missing health with no cooldown, Point click burst That impossible to outplay, Long range poke ability, Attack speed increase, movement speed increase, invisiblty, Shield with seize of China, Insta teleport, High ad ratio, High ap ratio, Low mana cost, ... insane scaling While being also strong in all in laning phase, ... Like Wtf ? She's been S tier Since the 3rd week of her relise intel today, Pick/bann at world, Why is riot refusing to do anything about this stupid shitt ? I honesly was expecting Somekind of mini rework to her in this preaseason After her performance at world for the seconde seaosn now But Clearly Riot think She's fine Or They just doesnt care Since she selll alot of skin, She's been out for year and half now and has already 5 skins, I was fighting kaisa last game, She was 20 % hp, i flashed on her to kill her, She did 800 dmg with 1 q into hourlgass into invisiblity into shield and Then just bursted me from full hp in less then 3 seconde Because her q was back + her w did near 1.5 k dmg into an excution.
