Kennen is garbage, and he is completely out classed by lissandra.

The reason he is complete fart this season is that he cant do physical damage because the lane pushes early and there are no wards so u get ganked top.

vs mid there is no reason not to pick zed or lux, and hes not even good mid really, since he needs to land his e but his lane is too small to do that mid.

buffs needed:

hitting an enemy with W no longer gets minon agro if out of combat for 12 9 8 7 6 seconds, he gets free mark on W.

possible buff: 7% lower cd at max rank W, so he can use two times without needing to rune for it (currently he must go cd boots or have runes, or go that horrible spell vamp item)

Allow targets recently stunned (1 second) to be able to be hit by W, since it can be highly frustrating in edge case scenarios where his RNG factor comes into play (auto attack count and ult)

Faster move speed on E

I have always hated that w can only be used on marked targets but not on targets that you have just stunned and removed the marks. It has happened so many times that after using a full combo or chasing an enemy down you need that extra bit of damage to kill him but because of the fact that you just stunned them it removed the marks from your q or ulti and you cant use w.

This could be easily fixed by allowing it to hit targets that have received the stun less buff (after you stun a champ once then next stun in a short period is going to be shorter) or simply allowing it to hit all targets that are in the circle of his ulti.

TF also has a "every x attack applies extra damage" kind of deal. The only thing is that he has a reliable stun and his Q isn't blocked by minions. Kennens R is the only real thing keeping him around because Kens E no longer gets him out of ganks now that we have so many gap closing abilities.
