If you somehow got a magic ability to be able to cast a spell and decide a lane or jungle. Then whichever lane you choose, the worst player will be put there. Which lane would you put that player at?
Depends on elo. Below Plat I would put them as support, in Plat+ I would put them toplane.
Depends how bad is worst, how good is the other side, and how good the rest of my team is.
Like if I have carries then fine, but if we are just getting a bad player that kind of sucks.
Top, because I can unlose their lane by strong teamfight presence and a Banner of Command to either push the lane or pull people away.
Top because it rarely matters who wins or loses it
