My computer is freezing when im playing all a sudden

My computer is literally freezing and im having to restart my computer every other game as of recently?

Im getting a attempting to reconnect signal then all a sudden the whole computer is freezing ???!!??

I literally jsut lost a ranked game cause of this ?????????

This is the third or forth time today......

Its just happening today too
