Is it me or is Normals getting more rediculas
normal games lately have felt more trolly and the skill gap between good players and bad within the match has increased.

Normals are meant to try out new things and practice, especially right now we are in preseason you wont see many good players. Serious players usually just play rank, you wont get that much of that competitive feel in normals.
This is to be expected in pre-season. There have been a lot of changes to the game, and some people will adapt better than others. You could have two players who were similar skill last year, but one of them was able to get the hang of the new runes quickly while the other is struggling. This should normalize over the course of the season for two reasons: 1: Everyone will more or less get the hang of the new runes. 2: Those who are better with move up in MMR, and those who got worse will move down in MMR.
That's the opposite from what I've experienced. Almost every "normal" game for me feels like it's ranked since everyone but me is playing their mains and going all out, while I'm here playing something like full movement Predator Quinn like "Damn guys chill". It's like, if you want to go all out.....just play ranked lmao.
I've never actually encountered a single troll in normals, nor do normal games actually feel trolly in the slightest. I think it's the opposite of what you're saying. Normals are far too competitive are not as trolly as they should be.
