Blitz'z ult passive should be called "Steal CS from your ADC unless you have Face of the Mountain"

As a Blitzcrank support I have to constantly apologize to my ADC whenever my ult steals a creep. Relic Shield and it's upgrades only prevent this 2-4 times, and it doesn't allow me to get the siege minion without being extremely lucky. This problem isn't just limited to CS, oh no. I have stolen countless kills from people on my team simply by chasing with them. Blitz is necessary when it comes to initiation, and even for pulling back those who try to escape, but he becomes a huge nuisance when he inadvertently steals a kill and must apologize profusely, which is even more annoying for both him and his teammates.
