Out-of-game Ping indicator.

A lot of the time my Ping determines whether or not I play a game at a specific time of day, and I believe that it would be useful to have a ping indicator out-of-game. Usually I have to message someone and see how long it takes for my message to appear and gauge my current lag, and its just a nuisance. Just a small consideration for the next update, maybe?
