PD has been an issue since the Marksman update because it's passive makes champions (by them I mean Yasuo, Graves and stuff, especially now with new 
) too hard to kill, it's even concidered a "deffensive item" - so why the hell does it have the best offensive stats? Only better thing is 
's 2% bonus MVS, but otherwise it has the most ATS out of all!

Runaan virtually increase your total damages by 80% (main bolt + 2x 40% att damages bolts) Statiik virtually deals : 160 x5 (x2 if crit) = 1600 magical damages every x seconds. Firecanon gives : +120 damages every x seconds but a 35% range increase is just basically free safe poke every x seconds.
