PVP.net time out

PVP.net times out so often on me, sometimes I cant even play a game cause it times out in the que, can't view match stats unless I come to website cause it times out. Cant shop cause it times out, cant add runes, masteries, anything on my profile, because, yup you guessed it, PVP.net timed out... Why does it do that so often? Anyway I can fix it, cause it does get annyoing havin to relog after each match, just because I time out after the match is over or have to relog to mess with my runes or whatnot... any advice would be helpful as to how to fix this problem...
