So in jungle youre supposed to be able to gank and kill two people at lvl 2? Then carry the whole mid lane?

totally depending on your champ and the stupidity levels of the other champs, anythings possible now if ur implying junglers are OP and its EZ, go fk urself

Wasnt implying that at all, Ive been playing Warwick a little bit, and the mid lane dude just totally lost his lane to two people and expected me to gank for him and kill two people then I apparantly was supposed to push the mid lane at lvl 2

Nah. It hasn't REALLY been that way since season 2 Alistar jungle. Maybe Jarvan Season 3. No, Riot has scaled back jungler effectiveness superearly and made it so laners have a chance to get a few levels before they really get wrecked.
