Revenge Bans

Let's change reports to a 5 strike system where you can always see how many strikes you have and every 5 strikes gets you 5 games of chat restriction. Then lets change it to where every time a player reports you you are notified and offered the opportunity to "revenge report" them, these reports will be worth 2 strikes instead of just 1. Everyone will always have the right to report, and everyones reports will be worth the same.

Then lets see how many times people report other players or remember that old nursery rhyme "sticks and stones" and get over it.
