Nerf Nasus please

That E buff made him stupid at all stages of the game. have him split in the top lane, or have him one shot people in the midlane with his ridiculous range that outrages karma ulti Q. There's no counter to him at all stages of the game, unless you focus the crap out of him, but then the allied team can do whatever they want in the meantime cause he's too naturally tanky and sustains too much. with the new items, masteries, and playstyles, he needs a nerf badly again. If not, then please tell me something that counters his playstyle.
