I've read the patch notes a bit, and ive realized that the zed nerfs do absolutely nothing. When will zed get a proper nerf? remember the darius 80% banrate and how long it took for anything to be done about it? we gonna have that with zed now? 88% banrate...
zed forces you to play a way other assassins don't. reduce his range. it got buffed in preseason for no reason at all.
Will get downvoted for saying this but Zed isn't a champ you can just pick up and win with. He does take some skill to play well which explains his 49% winrate.

"Nerfs" to Q with the "compensation" that is actually a buff if you hit both. R's minuscule nerf reverted because "We are unsure how the Q changes will affect him"
yeah, don't tell me Riot doesn't play favorites.
They were supposed to be a nerf to how much AD scaling his Q and R, but I think Riot got fed up with people saying they were just giving him a slap on the hand, so they just went "f**k it, remove the R changes ", so now they are just rearranging some stats in his Q, pretty much reducing bonus AD to .9 and slightly lowering it's base damage, but giving 25% more damage if both him and his shadow land it. So in the end, this is pretty much a buff with some small nerfs to compensate the buff >_>
Zed has 49% win rate, gets base damage nerf but small compensation to make him still playable. Karthus has 57% win rate with no nerfs incoming but nobody cries.
EDIT: Some of you reported this comment because you couldn't handle your fragile "Zed is OP that's why I lose games" mentality. Okay then.
it kinda does, getting hit by one shuriken does 35 less damage but getting hit by 2 or 3 does around 25 - 80 more damage, all in all, avoid getting hit by multiple shurikens, specially during his ult (Riot cares not if he's point blank... you dodge that thing or ban Zed)
Its encouraging all ins(and rewards good players)
its a nerf to his poke and harass
