With the Kletpo change and his ulti doing 100% to champions even when passing through minions is a pretty scary thought because he's already a pretty strong 1 v 1 but now he's going to have team fight potential with his R nuke.

Lmfao, no, at 3 items 
will still be completely outclassed in DPS by any regular AA centric Marksman, yeah he has "burst" but even if the ezreal is a really good ezreal OTP he may do a bit more than the enemy crit/as adc.
Also, while other adc scale up and start melting frontline champs, ezreal will always be awful at killing frontliners (even tho he's good at running away from em hehe xd)
because i know that 85+% of the time theyre gonna be completely useless, and even when its that 15% where its a good ezreal player, simply because of the champ and how he gets outscaled there is no gaurantee of a win. I remember a month or so back my team beat an enemy team who had a 18-4 ezreal, why? because the game got to 30 minutes and even tho our 
lost lane she had farmed up well enough.Ezreal is a gimmicky champ and is largely trash: You can't change my mind.
I think the whole reason for them changing his Ult is so that he can be actually useful in a team fight though.
It's going to do 600 damage at rank 3, it's all magic damage and its scales off his bonus AD and AP.
Ez is a meh champ but these changes we see so far in pre-season will make him better IMO.
Ezreal play style is just poke poke poke he gets out scaled by LITERALLY every single marksman in this game , Literally While his early is fine , not too strong , he is more like an anti-mage adc , and a little of anti-assassin His play style is u know, pokes you pokes you pokes you , you engage ? he runs away , after you get slowed , then you decide to go back , then he decides to follow you which makes you lose your brain , my friend calls him a pussy play style but that's not too much of a hyper carry tho he is just balanced
