Yorick buffs kinda OP

I love Yorick and really don't want to see him in any more bad spots but I feel like Yorick before his nerf last season was in a much better spot balance wise than he is now...

The passive buff was welcomed. The minions retaining their full damage when they are away from Yorick is welcomed..

However being able to take your ult with you indefinitely is pretty busted. I had my Maiden up for like 6-7 minutes, ran a guy out of lane only to TP come back with my Maiden and rolfstomp him every time he came back into lane because I always had my Maiden. Of course this guy did kinda of deserve it since he was playing hyper aggro, always shoving me under tower and then I'd just sick my pets on him and he's donzo.

When I had him under tower and marked with my Mist, once my Maiden was taking tower shots I just walked away and he would follow me and live, and that's when I would TP back fill her back to full, grab a Raptor Cloak or TP back to lane and roflstomp some more.

People will see the abuse, and I know Riot will nerf it accordingly.

Personally if the CD on ult was a bit lower, and his passive stronger that would all the buffs Yorick will truly need. But time will tell, low elo stomp Yorick is back for sure though.

If garen gets true damage because of the villain passive and super regeneration, then Yorick keeps his ult with him, we need something to hardcore counter the cheesing champ.

The problem with Yorick is that he has a much bigger window of weakness than power. Without maiden or ghouls he is weak, with them he is strong. In order to really balance him he needs a REAL passive. His currently passive is just an explanation of his Last Rites mechanic.

With the proper Ult management with the Maiden staying tethered to Yorick, you can keep your ult almost indefinitely and have massive lane and global pressure if you TP or roam.

Low Elo players got wrecked before the last Yorick nerf, and this Yorick is even stronger once he hits level 6.

Garen is a single dimensional champion, his kit is dated and he has no control over who the villain is.. His contributions to team fights aren't that great, and unless he stomps lane he's pretty useless as the game goes on.

I agree, the buffs are just uncalled for and I don't understand it. I just played against a Yorick who had his ult up for half the game. He would just pull back and his ult pet would heal. It's a stupid mechanic and you have to wonder if anybody at Riot actually tested it.. hell just played it 1 time to see what would happen. Guess they were too busy running women down at the company to notice that this would be an issue.
