Change AWE, Not EZ!!

Summary 1.Change ad, ap stat of AWE on Muramana and Seraph to "ADAPTIVE STAT" 2. You dont change EZ so users can try to find alternative builds or keep using balanced 2 tear build. 3. No other champ uses 2 tear build so no side effect.

Double tear build on EZ would be your concern.

You guys are looking at his AD,AP ratios but I dont think it's a good way to balance ezreal. If you do so, all other builds using 1 tear would be dead.

Instead, you can make a simple change on AWE which is unique passive of Seraph and Muramana.

Change the star to adaptive! (You probably change % of AWE on Muramana) If it becomes adaptive stat and remains unique passive, then EZ cannot get excessive both AD/AP from it although he'd still get benefits from basic stat of those items.

In this case, bcuz you dont change EZ itself, users can try to find alternative builds or use nerfed 2 tear build.

As I know, EZ is only one using 2 tear build; thus, no other champ would be affected by this change.
