Why SLOW reduces Kali's AS??????????

Slow reduces champions' MOVEMENT speed.

But in case of Kalista, Slow debuff reduces Kali's jump speed. And as a result, it reduces Kali's attack speed as well.

I suggest you to make a change on the effect of slow on Kalista. Make slow reduce Kali's jump distance instead of jump speed.

So the slow will effect only on movement speed.

THis is not a problem of balance patch. This is just a weird thing which must be fixed.
