Iron Skin -Resolve Rune -Slot 2 -Gain 5 bonus armor -Additionally, you gain a non-stacking 5% armor for 3 seconds whenever you restore at least 20 health, use a specific consumable or are shielded

New effect: Take 15 less damage from ranged auto-attacks (5 for ranged champions)

And boom, we fixed top lane....as fixable as top lane can get.
