Possible Azir buff

Just wanted to put this idea out there:

I think that Azir soldier attacks should count as auto attacks, being that most of his damage comes from them.

Anyways I would love to hear anyone's thoughts on this. If you're a Riot employee and want to say if this is even a possibility, feel free to put in the comments.
