What happened to the new announcer voice I wanted to try it out!

I loved the new announcer, this old one got annoying after a year, especially when I am losing and trying my heart out. "I dont need some fkin btch to tell me enemy busted my ass for triple kill, I can see that !"
The new one was really cool and I wish we could choose our announcer.
Are you referring to dark star thresh that was a thing while that event ran?
