Remove the pbe

There is barely any bugs found in the pbe, most are found in the boards. The pbe atm has 85% of the players actually playing to play expensive skins and legacy skins, not new skins. The state of the pbe now is for people who are to cheap to buy skins. Pls remove the pbe, your wasting your resources and time there.
