Mid Morgana: Max W, push wave with it. Q to either combo or keep enemies off you. E yourself if you get ganked and walk away or an ally later on to protect him from cc. Ult whenever you have to. Support Morgana: Max E, protect your adc with it, Q enemies, W useless unless you have rylai's to slow them, ult whenever you have to.

If you're playing her mid or top: Take Thunderlords and level: W>Q>W>E>W> then max R>Q>W>E In lane, Use W to clear minions and shove. If the other laner tries to stand in their minions (especially if they're melee), place W on top of them and maybe AA once to proc Thunderlords. In team fights, you want to either make picks or poke with Q and W, and try to get off a good ult. Ult is mainly used for initiating, chasing, or peeling. Build: For Damage and survival or for utility. With magic pen mastery for damage or with CDR mastery for utility. is required in pretty much every build. If you're laning against an AP assassin, put this off for 3rd item and build If you're able to, buy it, but don't expect it :/ If you can't snowball enough, for damage or for utility and/or tank burn. Required 3/4 item in almost every build.
