No. his jungle immunity is his and his alone.

I know, but if he cant attack monsters, and it takes like 40 seconds to set them free, any enemy can just invade right

Oh. Yeah. But he can free them instantly with smite.

No, it means that counterjungling Ivern is a horrid idea if you have any AoE skills, because if you scratch one of his buddies, your 1v1 becomes a 4v1.
