Top 10 winrates in top lane on op.gg aren't tanks, so probably not. Same site puts most tanks at a sub 50 winrate.
Depends, are you playing evelynn top? That might be a reason, i've found tanks to be freelo in the top lane. It's those ranged fuckers with cc/mobility I hate. Once you realize there are items in the game meant to stop tanks from rampaging it becomes a lot easier.
Sadly the majority of the playerbase is too stupid (Looking at you crit adcs that complained about hp stacking
