Who snorted a comical pile of cocaine and decided,

"You know that adc who is already decently strong right now?" "What, you mean Jinx ?" "Yeah, that's the one! You know how she used to have to hit level 18 to get her full AS steroid? Well screw that! Lets give it to her by level 9!"

Jinx has the strongest attack speed steroid in the game currently. Neither Miss Fortune's Strut nor Tristana's attack speed steroid give as much raw attack speed, and they both have limited durations and cooldowns. 130% free bonus attack speed at level 9? Hello?

Throw in her passive giving an additional 15%, and you have 145% free attack speed following a kill. The equivalent of four attack speed items for free.

item 3046 45% + item 3085 40% + item 3087 35% only gives 120% bonus AS. throw in item 3094 30%, and you have 150%, just 5% more then what jinx gets for free at level 9. Sure, you don't the crit (Thank god), but this is still absolutely ridiculous. Jinx can now rush an Infinity edge (causing her chompers and shocker to hurt FAR more than normal early, as if the raw DPS wasn't enough) and pump out more damage faster then any other marksman in the game.

I've been defending riot for their decisions lately, but this one is just mind bogglingly absurd.

Annie's E is basically a thornmail. But, while I haven't personally tested it, I don't think Annie with max E actually reflects enough damage back to Jinx that it would kill her (Jinx).

"Already decently strong" did you even play her? i bet you didn't because you'd know chompers have an AP scaling and don't benefit from IE in any way.

Jinx wasn't decently strong either. She might not have been bottom of the barrel but all the meta adc right now are Hypercarries, yet she was barely seeing any picks/bans or was she stomping any elo.

Yes she gets a bunch of free attackspeed at lvl 9 now, like she did before that nerf came through back then. She also lost some base ad in favour of scaling and her passive no longer stacks, which you conveniently forgot to mention. She needs more attack speed than other adc because she doesn't have much dmg in her abilities, she also lacks mobility and peel. lategame zap hits hard but it's mainly used for it's utility, rocket is an execute and her chompers are her 1 chance to not be ran down.

design wise i'd say she's kinda like kog but she trades some raw dmg for utility..

She's always been able to rush Infinity edge, it was pretty standard on most adc before BF+zeal became a thing.

If jinx being an actual champion before 25 minutes means she's a monster there's plenty of bigger monsters you've got to worry about. I also don't find any stats pointing to her being broken and am looking forward to playing her tonight.

I would like to note that Jinx unlike every other Carry she wont like multi Zeal combinations

She has No AD steroid. And because of that her first 3 items are more likely to look like item 3031 item 3072 item 3094

rather then IE + double zeal

And curently we are in multi zeal meta. She would definetly be #1 ADC if attackspeed items werent so good

Having said that. Buffing jinx because she is underperforming compared to other hypercarries Huh... I am fine with that if they nerf Hypercarries globaly soon. But they ll have to balance hypercarries again then so IDK what they are doing

Imagine if thornmail healed u for doing damage.... Then amp that up with damage reduction and AP scaling and tibbers
