Trying to get better at top lane , looking for some advice

I'm Plat 1 at support this Season my top lane account is gold 4 I'll try to keep this short and to the point , I've mainly been playing is my Safe pick because of my many options of runes , as well as being ranged Run PTA , healing secondary in good matchups and healing domination runes for secondary. In hard lanes I like the grasp Healing domination for secondary.

I'll pick if my team is in dire need of a tank or if I think I can get away with stacking fairly easy in the early game if i'm picking after the enemy team picks their top Grasp inspiration secondary.

Pro's

1. Very Rarely dies to ganks 2.Great at itemization/build paths varying between games 3.Don't require ganks to suceed in lane 4.Better Macro than people in low gold 3/4 times
2. OK Wave control and understanding back times 6.Go into every game with a gameplan of what I'm trying to accomplish before every game 7.Ward as much as possible buying atleast 3 pinks a game

Con's 1.Very poor creep score around 5-5.5 per game my Average creep at 10 is about 50 2.Bad at playing from behind Ex(I'm 0-3, enemy top laners 4-1) 3.Lack of trust in team to Focus on split pushing 4.Lack of familiarity with all match ups 5.Knowing when to teleport to help the team and when not too 6.Only really playing 2 champs consistently at the moment 7. More likely to make a safe play that an uncertain one

My play style is more passive in laning phase and more focused on trying to get pressure or an advantage on any part of the map throughout the game . It really bothers me in that this elo the lack of fundamental Macro especially when I'm the only person catching/pushing the side waves and all of that Xp and creep goes to waste. It also drives me absolutely nuts the lack of vision from supports since I'm playing an off role. That bothers me so much , people just don't understand the true value of vision

I'm currently gold 4 on my top lane account but have a goal of plat 4 but really looking for ways to improve overall at the position.

Any advice to get better is appreciated would be awesome , any criticism is taken seriously . Thank you
