Ranked peak rewards?

As someone who used to be very nervous by the thought of ranked i thought it would be nice to get a sort of reward for your peak performance aswell. That way you arent afraid of losing any rewards by playing, and you can still make progress in ranked. Also it wont suck nearly as much if you get on a losingstreak right before the season ends, which i personally did myself. Its not a big deal and i didnt drop too much but getting the rewards from my peak would still be nice.

Now obviously the main downside is that people can get rewards for ranks they might not deserve, either by being very lucky (which is unlikely, but a possibility and then they would most likely just sit at that rank anyway) or most likely by being boosted. Maybe its a bad idea, but it would be nice to have nonetheless, if Riot could make it work.

Perhabs a new type of reward, a smaller one similar to the division displayed on the boarder? Maybe it could display your peak division in the teir you are in? That way your rewards wont be much different and it wont really affect boosting in any way either.

Do you guys have any thoughts on the matter, or any ideas on how this could be possible? Maybe it could be an entirely new reward? Or maybe it could just be visible on your profile?
