Item Concept

Here is my concept for a new AP item, I was a little bored so decided to think of an item benefitting mages, maybe even supports.

Wo's Watch 55 AP 10% CDR 10% MS Relativity of Time Unique Passive: Every 5th spell cast, reduces the cooldown of all spells by 2 seconds.

Recipe: Fiendish Codex (800g) + Aether Wisp (850g) Combine Cost: 600g Total Cost: 2250g
