Champion Concept: Tito, Captain Tito.
Tito is Teemo's older brother. Like Teemo he is a scout except uses different methods for war than his little brother Teemo.
Passive Clumsy: Unlike Teemo, Tito is big and isn't graceful in anyway. This makes him occasionally fall when moving around the map. When falling Tito loses 25% of his maximum hp and is stunned for 5 seconds. The more Tito travels, the more likely he is to fall.
Q Boomerang: Tito doesn't know how to use a dart gun, so instead he throws it, dealing damage to the first target hit and returning to Tito dealing double damage and temporarily blinding himself.
W Move Slow: Tito takes his time to walk, enjoying the view, and perhaps having enough time to enjoy one of his toxic shrooms. If he happens to eat a mushroom he takes damage over time, is slowed, and begins to hallucinate.
E Trip: When Tito goes on a trip after eating his shroom, he can activate this ability to double down on his dosing. Shortly after he will experience either an intensified good trip or his worst nightmare. If he enters his worst nightmare he deals double damage, if he has a good trip he heals himself and all nearby allies to full hp periodically for several seconds. At the end of either trips he overdoses and dies, after overdosing several times Tito has a lower chance of dying and instead takes a large amount of damage. After overdosing 20 times Tito builds up a strong resistance and is immune to the effects of overdosing.
R Shrooms for cash: Teemo offers any champion on the map (ally or foe) shrooms in exchange for gold. Tito gets to decide the price of the shrooms. Shrooms are added into a special slot in the inventory of the buyer and can be consumed to receive the effects of Tito's Trips. Allies have a higher chance of going on good trips while enemies have a higher chance of receiving a bad one.
