New jungle actually rewards the better player

You can finally have huge xp leads over the enemy jungler again if you outjungle him....lots of newer folks prolly don't know about this but in earlier seasons it was not uncommon for a jungler to be 3 or 4 levels ahead of the enemy jungler if he managed to snowball and shut him down.

Through most of Season 6 it was basically impossible to be more than 1 or 2 levels ahead of your jungling opponent due to the catchup mechanic on jungle mob xp and you always had a camp to farm. With the increased respawn timer however it is far more difficult to catch up once you fall behind (by failing ganks or just getting counterjungled)....in my recent ranked game I was constantly 3 or 4 levels up on the enemy Lee Sin.

What are your thoughts on that? In my opinion its nice because it rewards aggressive players and forces junglers to not only mindlessly gank and then go back to their camps.
