What are the most annoying champs to deal with to you?
I don't necessarily mean "most OP champ" but just plain freakin horrible to play against. What makes me want to uninstall asap:

Riven with cdr runes + cdr boots (I love playing against any dmg riven, but these damn cdr rune rivens)

Udyr after 25 minutes (2 times I honestly tried to quit league because of unkillable, uncatchable, splitpushing Udyrs)

Shaco, played by a shaco main

Leblanc
What do you guys hate most?
Edit: I'd have to add Jinx to this list after reading the comments, but I think for me it's just jinx "in her current state". If she gets a proper nerf (and not just that ulti nerf....) she's ok for me. The other 4 from my lost bother me in their whole concept, I can't even think of a realistic nerf that would make them less annoying.

but thats because thats his niche in the Meta. Mind games that frustrate someone if they get them wrong. Of course, a bad Shaco is a breeze to deal with because his "mind games" are terrible and easy to deal with.
Long story short, a good Shaco is incredibly frustrating to deal with, a bad one is an ego boost. His early ganks are also pretty frustrating, but thats because his late game team fight contribution is minuscule overall.

Makes me want to uninstall and move to Dota 2
An annoying lane bully in top that falls off ten stories and becomes kind of useless, unless he ults the near-dead carry on his team and goes mana-sustain bruiser.
Is actually the nastiest support i've ever seen, unavoidable stun, free armor, ability power, and attack damage for just sitting next to him, fuck-high tank scaling on that armor note, and the strongest heal in the game, hands down...laning hell at its finest...

so the mot obnoxious to me are
because she kills two turrets at once,
because he can dive me and I struggle to get away, but high damage isn't a deterrent to him like it is to most champs bc he can just ult if I was going to kill him before he can kill me, and
because a good one can stop 2 of my 3 ult options w/ wind wall.
and
mid and late game because they can auto my turrets from farther than my turret range so they stop my siege and defense without ever spending cool downs or resources.
