Elise is in top lane again

That's okay based on the response it just means I'll have quite a bit of time to play her top, been looking for a new top lane champ. Gonna go do a few runs and get a feel for her now.

Eh. The passive sustain definitely sounds great in lane but I'm not sure it's enough for top lane Elise to be viable given what they did to Neurotoxin in the past.

Just tried her, only did poorly because I'm rusty as heck in top lane, got a gangplank and was getting nailed by his barrels til I figured em out :P did win though ^_^
