Ok Riot every time you have redone the masteries you have ALWAYS done a popup letting people know to do their masteries so why not this time? People dont read patch notes, people dont always look at the notifications in the client. Pop up notifications are the BEST way to let people know about mastery changes...

There was a little pop up for me... It was where the normal "so and such are disabled for this reason..."
there were a total of 3 things there when I signed in the morning of the pre-season.
Just because it doesn't show a keystone doesn't mean they have no masteries set up. Some people would rather split their points more evenly than take a keystone that only situationally helps them with what they are going for.
I think they should have removed your mastery pages. Then then you couldn't select a mastery, you'd say "oh wtf happened to my masteries".
