Your favourite carry supports?

I've been playing a lot of supports lately and so far I have been able to (hard)carry the bot lane with Zyra in almost every game. Her dmg is just insane, your ADC doesn't even have to do anything. Another thing I like about Zyra is that the enemy can't hide behind minions.

What is your favourite carry support? I've tried Janna, Soraka and others but you can heal as much as you like, if your adc is dumb it won't do anything. Also what do you think about Taric?

Nami for sure.

It's not uncommon for me to outdamage a Zyra or Bard support have damage close to the carries. While also healing, giving ADC steroids, huge amounts of CC, and that beautiful fishy smell that even Fizz can't compete with.

As of late, I've been going with Shen support. Wouldn't say he can "carry" a team, but he can help in fights for sure.

Not my favorite picks, but I've seen Sona does well for carrying, only issue is, she's squishy and susceptible to CC. I've also seen my fair shares of Janna in the botlane which is rather annoying.

As you mentioned, Zyra is fantastic for that kind of thing. I'd have to recommend Lux. Similar to Zyra, high damage, rather easy, isn't considered a troll pick in the botlane and does rather well. Bard, if you can play him can be equally as annoying or deadly if you build mostly AP. There's also Zilean, who can do really well, but also really poorly.

And for Taric, he's great fun. He has a heal, shield and a stun. Mind you, they're not that substantial, but with his passive, you can keep your ADC alive, while dishing out damage and CC. Mana is a slight issue if you keep spamming abilities to get your Q to go off cooldown. His ultimate can be fantastic in team fights and for diving, but it doesn't last long and can be messed up easily.

I am a Bard main. And my secondary is TahmKench. I don't know what you call carrying, but i enjoy carrying with these two play-makers.

Thresh I would happily play but i'd need to dedicate some time to get something out of him, you really need to practice mechanics to get good with him and i'd not want to play him 24/7 because of his visual and audio design.

Taric I do not like. He's a great champion to follow other people's plays with, really solid in that respect, and especially strong in "meatball bulldozer" compositions that just run at you with a bunch of beedy champions, but I want to be the one making the call, not the one being at the engager's beck and call.

Kayle - aoe damage if they stand close together. Armor and magic pen built into kit. Some healing, a slow, and the best part is level 6. You take a trade where one of you is clearly going to die before either enemy. You bait out their full burst, and then you just pop r and watch as they waste all their remaining damage. Walk away and let your adc get an easy kill or two.

Get your support item, get an attack speed item, then go rylai's to just peel insanely for your team via aoe slow. Then more dmg/attack speed items. I don't go for max dps - I go for max annoyance/utility factor.

If you mean like a solo carry support than Zyra , Xerath , Velkoz , Veigar , Karma , Brand , Lux are the only champions that come to mind.

I think zyra & brand are probably most people carry supports.

The other usually support fall behind with a bad adc, so they have to roam at 6 with jungler and hope that the mid/top/jungler are good enough to adapt to the duo roam and not flame you for not being with the lost cause adc. As for a carry support, they can just stay in lane and steal a little farm and they'll still be useful mid game & in team fights.

Taric is fun, I like playing him cause of his w ult he has the potential to make a whole team invincible for a few seconds. and even without it you have heal and shields so it works really well. I play Taric in ranked since he is tanky so you can survive even if you make a bad play.

Now in normal's I play Sona since I like brain dead champs and she can pump out pretty constant damage and heals but she's a little to squish for me.
