@Riot @Reav3 Please give us a statement about Lissandra (your personal opinion)

Hello Reav3, I just want to know your opinion on Lissandras current state. Nothing official. Just your opinion. Do you think she is okay the way she is? Is it intended for her to be rarely picked?

I just don't know. I love her and think that her lore is very important but nobody seems to appreciate her. I'm waiting for her to be buffed/changed every single time a new PBE patch is up. Yet nothing significant happened and her pick rate keeps decreasing while yasuo is being buffed.
