I pick fill and 100% of the time get support and than within the first 5 deaths get harassed and it will continue for 30 minutes no matter if i speak or not. Why is this a role.

Why do you bring ignite on support?
Why pick fill if you don't know how to play support? Harassing anyone is wrong and definitely not something anyone should have to tolerate.
Some people have the idea that support means my life it forfeit to the other team and it doesn't matter if I die. Just make sure your not constantly sacrificing yourself for little benefit. Sure its alright to sacrifice yourself for a 2 for 1, but some supports kill themselves every time they can get a 1 for 1 trade, and the 50% of the time your wrong about that ends up with a fed enemy team.
Support doesn't mean I can die whenever I want
