How to counterplay zed (no draft)

Does anyone have any idea how to beat a zed as Yasuo in the mid lane? I can't build stopwatch or zhonyas, and armor doesn't stop his oneshot at 6. I tortured his early, but even with 3 kills over he pops me like a balloon. Help?
