Plz get rid of locking in in blind pick

It just creates and encourages toxicity, especially when a new champion is released. At the very least, only allow locking in in the last 30 seconds

They should make a 15 second phase where you cant pick a champion and where you can only use chat. Removing the lock in button wont matter because the person who instalock probably dont even look at the chat

Locking is useless either way, almost never locking helps in blind pick with starting a match earlier than the timer running out.
