Runes or Expand Champion Pool

Im new to league itself but recently hit level 30 I "main" ekko or just play him quite a bit. He is usual banned but when he isn't i am doing really well in lane and clean up and help in team fights really well! This leaves me with the situation of finishing my current runes page for ekko (currently about 30% completed) or to expand my champion pool with the IP i am earning in games and such...

Thoughts?

as long as you have magic pen or ap quints/magic pen marks and armor seals/mr glphys, you can play any ap just fine
