Depends on your ELO and champ/role. Usually in low ELO games people stall too long and cant close out games so the best you can do is just hold on to your lane and apply pressure back. When you apply pressure it takes it off from the other lanes from forcing them to react to it
Had a recent game like that

Most of the time shitters will bitch at you for not grouping, but that may be the worst thing to do because when you group you're getting reduced exp and gold while the enemy is farming the entire map. I continued to hard pressure my lane and took two towers while the enemy took both bot towers and shoved mid to inhib early in the game. Even if I grouped we wouldn't win a teamfight, and sitting at a siege isnt beneficial to catch up for defenders if you can't get a kill. Shoving their towers and threatening the base game global tower gold back to the team and forced the enemy to respond elsewhere
By drawing the enemy to me our under levelled and underfarmed allies were able to take dragon bottom towers and move out to farm up with the enemy team turning to me. Also the enemy was grouped up for the entire time they took bot and mid that. By mid game when the enemy turned to deal with me I was level 18 from the heavy farm while their highest fed champ (Lee) was 15. Team stuck with and we won the teamfights. Group only if you being there can actually turn teamfight into a win or if you're at risk of losing the game
Most of the time, just keep trying to pressure objectives and hope your allies are smart enough to take something when there's no enemies around.
