Ok. I've noticed something when playing against Ziggs how he constantly seems to throw his bombs at such huge range ... It's not even easy to dodge for its huge blast radius, which is reasonable.. If you're not an escapist type of champion especially at early- and mid-game it literally stifles progression through a match. I suspect it's the same for any champion laning against Ziggs.

Zigg's unrelenting bomb-throwing is more powerful than you may realize so I propose a slight change:

SUGGESTION:

• the Bouncing Bomb [Q] ability kept the same.
• Apply Bouncing Bomb with a limit like Season 5's Smite.
• Limit and recharge to more than 2 bombs (up to 4)?
• Cooldown Reduction speeds-up [Q] recharge.

RESULT:

• Allows Zigg's lane opponent_ a slightly easier_ time to farm for a brief moment..
• Too frequent Bouncing Bomb casts halts the ability until recharge. Still have other abilities to compensate...
• Encourages Ziggs player to cast [Q] less frequently for optimal long-term [Q] output.
• It's not really a nerf. Just encourages less [Q] casting. Can still cast all charges as quickly as before.

Not OP, not Weak. He's reasonably strong, consistent and reliable. Probably one of the more balanced Mage-class Champions in the game.

I pulled him out in a Ranked Game the other day (Plat IV) as a pseudo counter to Annie, went even in lane, kept up in cs, and then out-scaled with my safety.

He's somewhere between annoying and terrifying depending who's playing him, unless the player is straight incompetent. I hate fighting him.

Never actually seemed OP though, just not a style I like to play against, which is most certainly my problem.

i love ziggs and main him. Hes very balanced compared to a lot of other champs.
