Solo climb into plat?

Is it possible to Solo climb into plat without playing an extreme amount of games? I'm an adc main and i was able to climb into Plat once, by duoing with a good support. However i got demoted afterwards since i no longer have to duo with me and I cannot win with the autofilled supports. Is it possible to climb without a good duo? especially as adc? Should i giveup adc completely and learn a different role to hard carry? Is there a champion that's really good at tjust solo carrying?

You can do it, I did it in 100 games with probably poor mmr and ADC is really strong right now

If you know how to play vayne and draven you can carry ur supp as long as you both hit most skillshots

ADC imo is harder to climb in if youre not a god since you have to rely on another player to also do well and work with you without any real communication. its not impossible but I wont say it is going to be easy
