Random Frame freeze on Announcement, or during fight

I'm currently using Lenovo legion Y530 with 1050Ti GTX graphic card. The computer is brand new and I'm having issue sometimes during game play. It happens the most on unique announcer such as dragon/baron slay. And sometimes it happens when I'm fighting(causing deaths). The freeze usually only last for like a second however it really throws me off. My league is running on my Nvidia card and fullscreen optimization is disabled, however the issue still persist. Send HELP
