Cleanse and Barrier both need an extra something or other to compete with Flash, Heal, and Ghost which do their jobs better.

Activating this spell when not disabled creates a spellshield that blocks the first enemy disable excluding slows for the next 1.5 seconds while providing slow- and grievous wound- immunity throughout.
