Who needs more help, ADCs or Mages?

Mages

Assassins are the dominant midlane champions
They are able to 1 shot adcs even when they are not fed
When equipped with , are broken
Impossible to kill some assassins like because of their escape mechanics
Mages generally have good cc like Ahri, Viktor, and LeBlanc, but not enough to stop an assassin from quickly jumping in and out
Assassins are able to turret dive and make it out with the escape mechanics

Adcs

Are underplayed in low elo games
Are very weak throughout the game
Cannot do anything against tanks
Their only role now is to feed the jg

Talon 16th Fizz 27th. Akali 32nd Zed 35th

Both need help. Riot has favored AD for so long and it needs to change. And ADCs are laughably useless. Their only purpose is to give gold to the enemy team.
