Can we give Anivia's W a little something extra?

It might help if you determined and explained the purpose behind this change. As W is typically maxed last on Anivia what I'm reading is that because Anivia still has mana problems late game giving her additional passive mana regeneration on her W would be appreciated. However, because leveling up W first is never an option, and maxing it second is only an option if you're supporting (Q stun > bigger wall but who knows), what's really happening here is a false decision. "Well, you -could- have increased mana regeneration /if/ you choose to opt out of damage/cooldowns, thus resulting in more mana needed to kill a target (damage) and more time required (cooldowns and damage)". If Anivia has any mana problems which are actual problems which cause her to be unfun to play / overly forced into a build path which doesn't feel good for the end user then the best path for Riot to take is to either increase her mana regen per level, grant her % mana upon respawning with her egg (not a fix but feels better than respawning when you have no mana), or reducing the mana cost of her spells.
On the other hand, you may simply be trying to express that you feel that Anivia is somewhat bland as a champion or as far as her kit goes. Expressing the intent in its fullest extent in your posts can aid others in their discussion and prevent said discussion from varying widely from your initial intent. :)

Anyway come on you can do better we have to do some number crunching here!
First champions who have terrain related skills.
If we look at azir for inspiration we have a wall that allows allies through but not enemies as an ultimate with damage and knock back on leaps/dash
if we look at trundle we have a pillar with an aoe slow (frost/slow work well with anivias kit) however if anivias wall got a slow it would make trundles pillar less meaningful.
If we look at Jarvens ult we get a self encasing arena with honestly generally akward dimensions and keeping anivias wall as a wall doesn't sound bad unless she gets a re-work.
Second champions with active skills that give bonus passives (No I won't go over all)
Ashe has hawkshot which gives passive bonus gold on minion kills (similar mechanic can be nice for anivia)
Kassadin is slightly different with his nether blade (why is it not called void blade???) he gains bonus on hit damage while passive and activates it to gain mana back on those auto attacks [issue is anivia is ranged]
Janna with her Zypher gains passive MS and has an active slow which would be nice on this SLOW FLYING BIRD
Lastly here are my suggestions looking at the above
Mana regen / %mana back on Q or E hit would be a more aggressive approach and essentially make anivia terrifying to 1v1 because she might not be as oom as you think. This would likely be on the side of needing to actively hit your opponent with the skills rather than monsters/minions as to keep her in check.
Movement speed sounds nice as an anivia player because lets be honest this bird cannot position!

Abilities that increase stats as a passive are extremely boring in this case a plain increase in mana regain per level would do the job just fine.
The only reason Anivia needs mana regen is because her mana costs are so high, so really your change is just equivalent to lowering the mana cost on all her abilities. A more interesting effect would be bonus mana restore on minion kill similar to Karthus' E. The most interesting, IMO, is mana restore for every target hit when activating Q a second time.
She's fine. I think she's well rounded. She would go good with some cranberry sauce.
