That's 1 option, he outduels Rammus (a pretty hard feat) and can even countergank him pretty hard. Not to mention his ult which is a massive "fuck you" to all tanks.

If you ask me I'd say Ivern Rengar Shyvana Udyr Warwick LeeSin Kayn all work decently against Rammus, provided you can play the champions decently, as they either deny Rammus from engaging or can clear the jungle faster than he (resulting in more ganks/counter jungling).

Speaking for Shyvana, Shyvana's one of the few champions that can punch straight through Rammus. As well as that, her entire playstyle makes it difficult to catch her out as a Rammus, at least in a way where you can successfully ambush her with a number's advantage or in a critical position.
